Where do you ship?
We ship across the UK, selected EU countries and UAE. We’re growing this list - sign up for updates.
How much is shipping?
All rates are shown at checkout (based on destination, weight, and service). Free-shipping thresholds may apply during promotions.
How long does delivery take?
UK: typically 2–4 working days. France & UAE: typically 3–7 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Will I pay duties/taxes to the EU?
VAT and/or import fees may apply depending on your country. Any charges will be shown at checkout where possible or collected by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition/packaging. Due to hygiene, we can’t accept opened items unless faulty.

Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with UK/EU/UAE consumer law.
How do I start a return?
Contact us for a return authorisation and instructions. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We’ll help if it hasn’t shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes aren’t possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards and express wallets (e.g., Apple Pay/Google Pay) shown at checkout. All prices are shown in GBP and displayed in your selected currency for your covienience. Final charges may vary depending on your payment provider.
Product & Ingredients
Is your product vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Our formula is vegan and compliant with UK/EU cosmetics regulations that prohibit animal testing for finished products and ingredients.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formula is designed to be gentle. Always patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
How do I use it?
Apply one pump morning and evening to clean face, neck, and the eye area. Let it absorb fully. Use alone or under SPF/makeup.
Can I use it around my eyes?
Yes. The serum-cream is formulated for face and eyes. Avoid direct contact with eyes; rinse with water if contact occurs.
How long does it last after opening?
6 Months. Follow the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on pack. Store away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the cap/pump closed when not in use.
Can I use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Our ingredients are chosen with care, but everyone is different. Please review the INCI list and consult your healthcare professional if unsure.
Allergies & Patch Testing
How do I patch test?
Apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear for 24 hours. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.
Sustainability & Packaging
Is the packaging recyclable?
Primary glass components and cartons are widely recyclable. Pumps and mixed materials vary by locale, please check local guidance.
