At Only This, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) may be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Orders placed after this time will typically be processed the following working day.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to amend the delivery address or items ordered, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

UK Shipping

We currently offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Orders under £70

• £3.99 — Royal Mail Tracked 48 (approx. 2 working days)
• £4.99 — Royal Mail Tracked 24 (approx. 1 working day)

Orders over £120

• Free — Royal Mail Tracked 48 (approx. 2 working days)
  

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on the courier service.

International Shipping

We ship to France and UAE

For countries outside the UK, we offer fully tracked international delivery.

Shipping Rate is calculated at check-out. Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days depending on destination

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier service.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Non-Delivery or Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete address
• failure to collect the parcel
• refusal of delivery

We may deduct the original shipping costs from any refund issued.

If you would like the parcel to be resent, additional shipping charges may apply.

Sending a Gift

We do not include invoices or pricing information in parcels unless required for customs purposes.
